Location: Baltimore, MD – Hybrid
Contract: 5 Months
Rate: $27/hr

Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Please note that during the initial training period, there may be weeks requiring 4–5 days in the office.

Requirements

• Associate degree with 1–2 years of finance or accounting experienceOR Bachelor’s degree with a specific interest in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency
• Finance or accounting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Basic understanding of financial products

About the Role

This position supports theClient Clearing Product Control team and will be responsible for helping produce daily profit and loss (P&L) reporting across multiple strategies.

You will reconcile estimated P&L from business units against the firm's sub-ledger P&L, investigate and resolve daily breaks, and work with various finance and risk systems. The role also provides an opportunity to learn financial products, business strategies, and how financial and risk information flows through the organization.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
