Location: Framingham, MA
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid β Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite

Job Summary
TheConsumer Insights & Analytics Team is looking for a highly motivated Consumer Insights & Analytics Contractor to support our Insights team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying meaningful trends, and developing clear, compelling stories that influence decision-making. The Contractor will be leading key longitudinal and custom research from our customer panel and leading the effort to understand unaided perceptions of the organization's brands and US Retail Landscape. These insights will help to improve our Marketing, Store Experience, and Merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading key quantitative research studies including monthly and seasonal tracking insights and panel health and engagement activities
- Uncovering insights from our unaided voice of the customer data, including insights on US retailer landscape and key strengths / opportunities for key brands
- Creating dashboards and reporting to support broader organization's understanding of the unaided voice of the consumer
- Analyzing quantitative data and bringing to life the why behind the data through qualitative learnings
- Collaborating with business partners to share recommendations and insights with presentations that tell clear and compelling stories with data
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently delivering high-quality work on time

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
Required Experience
- Minimum 3β5 years' experience in consumer insights/market research
