Who are we looking for? 

We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with curiosity and a strong willingness to learn. 

You may be a great fit if you: 

• Hold a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field 

• Have initial professional experience or internships in real estate, investment, finance, or consulting 

• Are interested in investment analysis and commercial real estate markets 

• Have strong analytical and numerical skills 

• Work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint 

• Speak and write fluently in Polish and English

• Enjoy collaborating with others and building professional relationships 

• Are well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities 

What will you do? 

• Support investment transactions and advisory projects across the commercial real estate market 

• Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, valuations, and market research 

• Assist with acquisitions, disposals, due diligence processes, and transaction execution 

• Create investment memoranda, pitchbooks, presentations, and other client-facing materials 

• Support client relationship management and help deliver high-quality advisory services 

• Monitor market trends and identify insights that support investment decisions 

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple business lines to develop tailored solutions for clients
