Junior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a motivatedJunior Business Analyst to join our team and support business analysis efforts across various projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to refine requirements, structure project backlogs, and contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions. Stronganalytical  skills, communication skills, and working knowledge of Salesforce will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist inproject scoping and help structure the backlog for projects to ensure clear prioritization.

• Participate instakeholder analysis, defining personas, and understanding business needs.

• Identify and documentclient pain points, mappingas-is and to-be states to optimize processes.

• Engage inAgile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, and prioritization sessions with clients.

• Conductelicitation workshops, gathering business requirements and documenting processes effectively.

• Maintain theteam backlog, ensuring development teams receive well-defined user stories for implementation.

Skills & Qualifications

• PracticalBusiness Analysis knowledge with a strong passion for career growth in this field.

• General awareness oftools and techniques for requirements analysis and lifecycle management.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce, with a preference for candidates holding aSalesforce certification.

• Understanding ofAgile methodologies, preferably with experience working in aScrum team.

• Familiarity withcollaborative requirement-gathering tools andprocess mapping services such as Jira, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
