About the Role

To support our team in Izmir, we are looking for a talented IT Business Analyst and Application Coordinator who enjoys understanding how a business works and helping colleagues solve problems through better processes and applications.

Working across departments, you will build relationships with business users, understand their processes and translate their needs into practical improvements. The role connects the business with external consulting partners who provide specialist application expertise. Responsibilities include clarifying problems, aligning priorities with the business and IT leadership, coordinating the right specialists and following work through to a tested solution.

As part of our international IT team, you will take ownership of day-to-day application coordination, with opportunities to develop broad business knowledge and make a visible impact on local operations.

What You'll Work On

Working alongside the Senior IT Analyst and business colleagues, you will help turn business needs into practical solutions and follow up on the consultants’ work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing the needs and investigate problems of business stakeholder, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Be the local point of contact for the different applications such as SAP and our custom MES system.
• Investigate application issues, resolve what you can and involve external specialists where needed. Follow up until the issue is resolved and keep users informed.
• Manage the work of external consulting partners: explain the business need, review their proposals and estimates, and follow up on delivery and costs. Bring partners together when an issue spans several applications.
• Organize and support testing and validation of changes, fixes, and small enhancements before they go live.
• Keep practical documentation of processes, systems and recurring issues so that knowledge is shared and support becomes more effective.
• Look for ways to simplify processes and make better use of our applications and reporting tools.
• Work closely with IT leadership to agree on priorities, discuss solutions and share local needs, ideas and progress.
