Job Title: Junior Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Peel Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: $21.00-$22.00/hour
Work Model: In Office
Our client inPeel Region, ON is actively looking for aJunior Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Position Description:
- Review and verify gas admissions documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Validate invoice amounts and supporting documentation prior to processing.
- Review and reconcile concrete-related invoices and dollar amounts against contracts, purchase orders, and delivery records.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, pricing variances, and invoice issues.
- Ensure all costs are accurately allocated and entered into the system.
