Our client is seeking experiencedTechnology Program Managers / Scrum Masters to support criticalwealth platform modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Agile delivery execution across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and release coordination
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams on roadmap execution
ManageRAID logs, delivery risks, dependencies, and escalation activities
Support SDLC, release management, and enterprise governance processes
Deliver executive-level status reporting, KPIs, and program updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, business, and technology stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of experience as aProgram Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
Strong experience leadinglarge-scale Agile technology delivery programs
Strong understanding ofAgile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies
Experience managingcross-functional dependencies, risks, and governance activities
Experience withJira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Financial services orwealth management experience strongly preferred
