Responsibilities
- Has working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

- Digital Technologies
- Leverages information technology to achieve business goals and to create new business opportunities. Digital Technologies (DT) has both co-pilot and service provider roles. As co-pilot, DT sets strategic directions for company and its businesses; as a service organization, DT provides, supports and maintains those IT services and related infrastructure. DT protects the business from risk related to digital information by deploying defensive and proactive IT security measures.
- Development Management
- Creation of different business technology applications (website design or product development). Manages teams while simultaneously following a client's instructions to develop and construct a creative/new product.
- IT Business Systems Analysis
IT Business Systems Analysis work involves acting as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions including: - Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives
- Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
- Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices)
- Translating business requirements into application requirements
- BA expert, Order to Cash life cycle, Product Team or Scrum Knowledge
- Attention to detail, Analytical, Self-motivated, Driven, Documentation Expert
- Order to Cash, Order Management System Experience, Salesforce experience
- BA Cert, PMP, PO Cert, Salesforce Admin
- Jr PO before, System Analyst
- Hybrid (3 days)
