Position Overview
The Joint Target Intelligence Analyst supports United States Cyber Command (USCC) in developing, managing, and executing joint targeting activities. This position conducts all-source analysis and produces joint targeting intelligence products to inform both lethal and non-lethal operations. The analyst is responsible for target system analysis, target development, target list management, combat assessments, and developing battle damage assessments in support of deliberate and dynamic targeting operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and non-lethal engagements.
- Conduct target system analysis, joint target development, and combat assessment per JP 3-60 and relevant CJCSIs.
- Produce all-source analytic damage estimates, battle damage assessments, and assist with combat assessment requirements.
- Conduct collateral damage estimation, target strategy development, and support dynamic and deliberate target engagements.
- Maintain database records, update target folders, and upload target materials (TMs) into databases.
- Coordinate long-range planning and JTI efforts across USCC, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, and Combatant Commands.
- Use tools such as MIDB, NPW, JTT, and other intelligence analysis systems.
- Submit production requirements, RFIs, and evaluate intelligence reports.
- Produce Target System Analysis (TSA), Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), target graphics, and BDAs.
- Assist in reviewing and editing JTI products for content, clarity, and compliance.
- 8+ years of experience as a Targeting Analyst.
- Experience with all-source analytical battle damage estimates and assessments.
- Experience working with and maintaining database records.
$100,000–$125,000
