• 7% commission on total revenue from company-provided leads
• 10% commission onself-generated leads (leads you source, quote, and close yourself!)
• 10% commission on ALL sales after hitting $1,000,000+ in a calendar year

📌Non-Compete Agreement: No working for competing painting/refinishing businesses within50 miles
