About the Role:
We are seeking a licensedRegistered Nurse (RN) to oversee health services compliance and clinical training for our 245D home and community-based services. This is a highly flexible, casual position perfect for someone looking for a part-time or contract role to supplement their schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Education: Create and implement comprehensive 245D-compliant medication administration training protocols for direct care staff.
- Competency Evaluation: Conduct and document staff competency reviews, including watching and signing off on medication administration passes.
- Clinical Oversight: Train staff on client-specific life-sustaining or monitoring medical equipment per MN Statute 245D.09.
- Compliance: Ensure all health-related services, documentation, and delegation protocols meet Minnesota 245D standards.
- License: Active, unencumberedMinnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: 1+ years of direct care experience working with individuals with disabilities or older adults (required to meet 245D Coordinator standards).
- Skills: Strong knowledge ofMN Statute 245D health services, excellent teaching skills, and detail-oriented documentation habits.
