The Job
We are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for a major iGaming company. Here, everyday life is like riding a roller coaster: the tasks can be fast-paced and take unexpected turns, but the atmosphere is always fun! The company primarily deals with online sports betting - and its office is located with a spectacular sea view.
Your responsibilities will include:
📞 Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
💻 Contacting internal departments in English to resolve customer queries
🤝 Thoroughly and efficiently investigating customer issues
💲 Assisting with betting challenges, payments, verifications, and the like
Your qualifications
💭 You are fluent in Dutch and have good communication skills in English
💻 You have proficient computer skills
🥇 You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
👔 It is preferred, but not required, if you have experience in customer service and/or the iGaming industry
