Mission principale :
Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel pendant son service, garantir la satisfaction des clients et coordonner les différents services opérationnels.

Principales responsabilités :

• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'hôtel.
• Accueillir et assister les clients, gérer les réclamations.
• Coordonner les équipes (réception, housekeeping, restauration, sécurité, etc.).
• Veiller au respect des procédures, des normes de qualité et de sécurité.
• Résoudre les incidents et prendre les décisions nécessaires en l'absence de la direction.
• Assurer un reporting des événements importants.

• Excellentes capacités de communication et de leadership.
• Sens du service client et gestion des conflits.
• Organisation, réactivité et prise de décision
• Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
