About the Opportunity
A Vancouver corporate practice is seeking a partner-level lawyer with a strong M&A background to join its leadership team and continue building the firm's corporate transactional practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex M&A and corporate transactions from origination to close
Develop and manage significant client relationships
Mentor and supervise associates on corporate matters
Contribute to strategic growth of the corporate practice group
Represent the firm in the broader business community
Qualifications
Called to the Bar in British Columbia, in good standing
10+ years of experience in corporate/M&A law
Demonstrated track record of client origination and portable business
Strong negotiation and deal-management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a growth-focused practice
