What will you do as a Senior Associate - Demand Operations :

𝐎𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 to drive stronger monetization
Relationship Building with Demand Partners.
Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance to improve delivery, win rates, and revenue
Identifying opportunities to improve partner efficiency and unlock growth
Troubleshooting campaign and integration issues to ensure smooth execution

What are we looking for :

1-2 yrs of Experience in Demand Ops
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Understanding of DSPs, RTB, and PMP deals
Strong analytical and optimization mindset
Ability to work closely with partners and internal stakeholders
