We are seeking a highly motivatedForward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our office in Singapore, focusing on thedeployment, testing, and real-world operation of L4 autonomous driving systems across international projects.

In this role, you will work at thefrontline of autonomous driving deployment, collaborating closely with engineering teams, customers, and local partners to bring cutting-edge technology into real-world environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems operate safely, reliably, and effectively across diverse conditions.

You will also have opportunities to participate inglobal project deployments, gaining hands-on experience in different countries while contributing to the commercialization of autonomous driving technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as afrontline technical owner for the deployment and operation of L4 autonomous driving systems in real-world environments
  • Lead and executesystem-level testing and validation, ensuring robust performance across diverse road, traffic, and environmental conditions
  • Conductfunctional, performance, and safety testing, ensuring readiness for pilot and commercial deployment
  • Support and overseeon-site vehicle testing and fleet operations in Singapore or other countries, working closely with customers and partners
  • Performdata analysis and root cause investigation, identifying issues and driving continuous improvement of system performance and stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (autonomy software, hardware, cloud, TPM) toresolve complex system-level issues
  • Participate ininternational deployments, supporting system rollout, localization, and operation in new regions
  • Contribute to improvingdeployment processes, testing methodologies, and operational best practices for scalable global rollout

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above inComputer Science, Robotics, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum1 year of experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or related domains; experience with L4 systems is a plus
  • Familiarity withautonomous driving system testing, validation, and deployment workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debugcomplex system-level issues
  • Hands-on experience withLinux, Python and ROSis preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively incross-functional and customer-facing environments
  • Fluent inMandarin and English, with the ability to support international collaboration and technical discussions
  • Willingness to travel globally and adapt todiverse environments and project requirements
