As anElectric Drive Technical Specialist, you’ll serve as the technical expert supporting electric drive solutions for mobile equipment. Reporting to Engineering and partnering closely with Sales, you’ll help customers design, validate, and implement reliable electric drive systems.

Essential Functions

Size, select, and applyelectric drives and motors for off-highway and mobile equipment
Develop and supportsystem schematics for drives, controls, and accessories
Provideon-site validation, testing, and start-up support for OEM customers
Collaborate on identifying and qualifyingnew technology and vendor partners
Support Account Managers with technical expertise and application guidance
Deliverproduct training to customers and internal teams

Experience, Education and Skills

2-year technical degree required
4-year engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar) preferred
2+ years as an Application Engineer, Technical Specialist, or similar role
Experience developing, applying, and/or supportingelectric drive solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in the field as well as in a technical office environment
Some travel may be required
