Warehouse Driver / Associate

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking areliable, customer-focused Warehouse Driver / Associate to join our team. This position combineswarehouse operations, order fulfillment, customer service, and local delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working directly with customers as well as handling physical warehouse responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Providefriendly, professional customer service at theWill-Call counter, including entering customer orders, answering product questions, and assisting customers with parts and product selection.
• Pull, pick, package, and ship customer orders accurately, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
• Receive,load, unload, organize, and stock inventory while maintaining an accurate and organized warehouse.
• Maintain inventory locations and update product information using thecomputer inventory system.
• Safely operate acompany-owned delivery truck to deliver orders to customers within the assigned service area.
• Load and secure products for delivery and ensure orders are deliveredaccurately and on time.
• Provideexcellent customer service and maintain positive relationships when interacting with Ryan Herco Flow Solutions customers.
• Work effectively with warehouse, sales, and other team members to ensure a smoothorder fulfillment and delivery process.
• Follow company procedures forwarehouse safety, material handling, inventory control, and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse, distribution, order fulfillment, or related experience preferred.
• Previousdriving and delivery experience preferred.
• Validdriver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strongcustomer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers and coworkers.
• Reliable, dependable, and effective communicator.
• Stronginterpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Professional demeanor with apositive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to perform thephysical requirements of a warehouse and delivery position, including lifting, loading, unloading, and moving products.
• Knowledge ofPVC fittings, plumbing products, fluid handling, or the plumbing industry is a plus.
• Basiccomputer skills and the ability to learn inventory and order-entry systems.
