The mission -

Where you'll leave your mark?

• • Own theonboarding journey end-to-end — from contract signature to go-live and the first audit milestone, as thesingle point of accountability for your customer's success in this phase.
  • Run astructured implementation project for every customer — kickoff, milestone tracking, risk flags, and go-live. You hold the timeline, drive the cadence, and close the gaps.
  • Managesenior stakeholder relationships — your primary contacts are founders, CTOs, and security leads; run executive check-ins, communicate progress and blockers clearly, and build trust that turns customers into advocates.
  • Driveproduct adoption and setup completion — guide customers through integration setup, control activation, and compliance framework alignment; you don't need to be a security engineer, but you know what good looks like.
  • Owninternal escalations — when a customer is stuck, you are the bridge between them and Product, Support, and Compliance, and you follow through until it's resolved.
  • Track and act oncustomer health signals — setup completion %, time-to-value, CSAT, and days since last contact — surfacing risks proactively, not after a customer goes quiet.
  • Improve the playbooks you use — document what works, flag what doesn't, and make onboarding better for every customer who comes after yours
 

The kind of builder we're looking for -

• • 2–4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a customer-facingimplementation, onboarding, or technical account management role at a SaaS company — someone who hasrun onboarding projects, not just supported them.
  • Experience managingVP-level and above relationships, with comfort working towardsC-suite engagement.
  • Aproject runner at heart — you build the plan, set milestones, chase progress, and keep10–20 concurrent onboardings moving without dropping the ball.
  • Aclear communicator — you explain complex concepts simply, write crisp async updates, and hold a confident conversation with a technical founder.
  • Afast learner in new domains — you don't need to be a compliance expert on day one, but you can get there in60 days.
  • A solidtechnical baseline — comfortable with cloud tools, SaaS integrations, and basic API behaviour; familiar with tools likeJira, Slack, HubSpot, and genuinely curious aboutAI productivity tools.
  • Nice to have: exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA), certifications likeCISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, and experience at a startup where theplaybook was still being written.
