As a SeniorEnvironmentModelingArtistyou will beinvolved in many aspects of thefilm’svisualdevelopment, working in coordination withProductionDesigner and Art department to deliver a visually impressive look. 

Responsibilities

    • Models utilizing photography and pre-existing models. 

    • Models from concepts following the look of the show. 

    • Has the ability to create, adapt, and iterate, within a variety of artistic styles. 

    • Models trees, bushes and other vegetation with the look of the movie. 

    • Has the ability to properly research and work independently in absence of concept art. 

    • Keeps up on current artistic methodologies and on technology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment. 

    • Works together with the teamproviding support, guidance and instruction in areas that contribute towards their artistic and professional growth. 

    • Followsthe Supervisor’s andLead's guidance. 

Requirements

    • 5+years in VFX or animation industries. 

    • 3+ years in the animation industry. 

    • Strong artisticor/and technical aptitude related to 3D animation isa must. 

    • Extensive experience with Maya. 

    • Experience withZbrush, Arnold Render. 

    • Knowledge ofSpeedTree, Houdini andMarvelous Designer arepluses. 

    • Knowledge of skinning, rigging, technicalconstraints and optimization. 

    • High English level desirable. 

    • Spanish desirable.
