Our growth is driving us to strengthen ourInternational Sales Enablement team tosupport our international growth and ensure our sales teams have the right training, content, and processes to succeed.
Your mission will beto support the Sales Enablement team in creating training content, coordinating learning initiatives, and contributing to transverse Sales projects in order tohelp our sales representatives stay up to date, ramp up effectively, and support the continued growth of our international sales organization.

You will work closely with theInternational Sales Enablement team, currently composed of a Sales Enablement Manager and a Sales Enablement Specialist. You will also be in constant contact with our70 sales representatives in France and abroad, supporting them with training, content, processes, and transverse projects.
The team plays a key role in supporting Scaleway's international growth by ensuring that new hires are properly trained and onboarded, while helping sales teams strengthen their methodology and ramp up effectively.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
●Create and updatetraining courses, learning materials, and Sales collateral●Simplify complex business processes intoclear and digestible content for Sales teams●Organize and coordinatetraining sessions, including logistics and content●Support Sales teams in theISO 9001 quality project●Contribute totransverse Sales projects involving processes and data●Participate in theactivity reporting of the Sales Enablement team●Stay in close contact with Sales representatives in France and abroad to ensure they haveup-to-date content and information●Contribute to the continuous improvement ofSales training and onboarding initiatives●Explore and leverage tools such as Google Workspace, Genially, Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, Guideflow, and FigmaABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS
●Currently pursuing or recently graduated from aMaster's degree, ideally in Business, Sales, Learning & Development, Digital Marketing, or Communication● C1+ level in English and in French, both written and spoken●Strongwriting and communication skills●Comfortable creating presentations and visual content with tools such asCanva and Google Slides●Strong interest intechnology, Cloud, and AISOFTSKILLS
●Detail-oriented andrigorous●Highlycurious, with a strong appetite for learning●Dynamic, agile, andproactive●Comfortable communicating with and connecting with a large and international Sales community●Strong interest ineducation, learning, and developmentWHAT YOU WILL FIND AT SCALEWAY ++++
