Your mission will beto support daily IT operations and assist with hardware preparationand user support in order toensure a smooth and efficient working environment for allScaleway teams.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.

You will be part of a team of3 people, working closely together on daily support tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, and workstation management. The team is organized with members dedicated tosupport tickets and user assistance, as well asworkstation andhardware management.

You will collaborate with all internal teams and contribute to ongoing projects such asofficesetup and IT infrastructure deployment across our Paris locations.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Tasks

● Prepare and configurenew computers (PC & Mac) for employees

● Refurbish and maintain existing hardware and equipment

● Respond to IT support tickets via Helpdesk tools (Jira, etc.)

● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

● Support the installation of new office spaces (screens, network, meeting rooms)

● Help manage and track IT equipment and inventory

● Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams

● Contribute to improving Helpdesk processes and efficiency

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS :

● Currently studying inIT, Computer Science, or a related field (post-bac or higher)

● First experience or strong interest inIT support or hardware maintenance

● Basic knowledge ofcomputer setup and troubleshooting (PC & Mac)

● Familiarity withticketing tools such as Jira or Helpdesk systems is a plus

● Interest inIT operations and user support environments

SOFTSKILLS :

●Autonomy and ability to take initiative

● Hands-on mindset with aproblem-solving approach
