The Role:
As an Inventory Allocation Analyst, you will support the execution of Ro’s supply plan across all product categories, helping ensure inventory is available in the right place and at the right time to meet patient needs. You will manage day-to-day purchasing, inventory allocation, order tracking, and operational coordination across Ro’s supplier and pharmacy network. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Planning, you will work closely with Senior Supply Planning Analysts and cross-functional partners to identify execution risks, resolve inventory issues, and maintain accurate and timely supply chain data.Â
What You’ll Do:
- Execute inventory allocation activities across all product categories, ensuring pharmacies maintain appropriate stock levels while balancing storage constraints and optimizing for shipping costs.
- Coordinate inventory transfers across Ro’s pharmacy and distribution network to support product availability.
- Track supplier acknowledgements, production status, expected delivery dates, and shipments, proactively following up on delays or missing information.
- Monitor open orders, inventory availability, and execution indicators to identify potential supply gaps and escalate material risks to the appropriate Senior Supply Planning Analyst.
- Partner with suppliers, Inventory Control, Quality, Logistics, and Pharmacy Operations to investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipment delays, and inventory issues.
- Maintain accurate order-status data within NetSuite and other supply planning systems, and support recurring operational reporting.
- Identify recurring execution issues and help standardize workflows, strengthen controls, and improve supply planning efficiency across categories.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, operations, or a related function.
- Experience managing purchase orders, inventory transfers, shipment tracking, replenishment activities, or similar supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to investigate discrepancies and translate data into action.
- Experience working in an ERP, inventory management, or supply planning system; experience with NetSuite or a similar platform is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with clear communication skills and sound judgment regarding when to resolve issues independently or escalate risks.
We’ve Got You Covered:
