Starting Salary: $73,000/year — higher depending on experience

We are seeking anAssistant Project Manager to support civil construction projects from planning through completion. This position works with project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to help coordinate schedules, documentation, estimating, and day-to-day construction activities.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of civil engineering or construction experience, such as Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Manager, or Assistant Project Manager
• Working knowledge of constructionmeans and methods, scheduling, contract administration, estimating, and blueprint reading
• Experience coordinatingsubcontracted and self-performed work
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite and construction management software such asProcore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to50 lbs.
• Ability to work safely on active construction sites, including climbing stairs and ladders
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Background incivil construction estimating, project coordination, or project management
• Experience working as acivil estimator
• CurrentCQC certification issued by USACE/NAVFAC
• Engineer in Training (EIT) orAssociate Constructor (AC) credential in good standing
• Experience withIDIQ, design-build, or task-order projects
• Experience supportinggovernment or federal construction contracts
• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Construction Quality Management (CQM/CQC) certification
• EIT, AC, or similar construction industry credential
