Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworksEstablish risk identification and assessment processesCreate standardized risk taxonomiesAssess materiality criteria for the risk universeIdentify and analyze potential risks threatening organizational successWork with senior management to develop risk management strategiesConduct market and feasibility studies for strategic projectsImplement robust internal control systems
Technical Skills:Utilize financial and statistical tools for risk evaluationDesign risk assessments, dashboards, and scorecardsMonitor key risk indicators and emerging risksDevelop contingency plans for potential threats
Reporting and Governance:Provide risk oversight to senior managementCreate risk appetite statementsLiaise with stakeholders and board membersEnsure compliance with regulatory requirementsStrong knowledge of risk management processes, preferably in a regulated financial institution, with the ability to work across organizational teams
