We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience building backend services withDjango, developing modern web applications withVue.js, designing RESTful APIs, and implementing microservices that support high-volume, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications usingDjango andVue.js.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Design, optimize, and maintainPostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and contribute to continuous improvements in engineering practices.
  • Mentor other engineers and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in software engineering principles, design patterns, and modern development practices.
  • Strong experience developing backend applications using Python.
  • Experience building scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Strong experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar SQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience developing frontend applications using Vue.js and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience designing and implementing microservices and service-oriented architectures.
  • Experience integrating internal and third-party APIs.
  • Proficiency withGit for version control.
  • Experience working withDocker andKubernetes.
  • Experience with automated testing, test-driven development (TDD), and code reviews.
  • Experience documenting software functionality and reviewing the work of other engineers.
