Candidates should have had success in supporting engineering & product populations before, including Product Design, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. The ideal candidate will be operationally strong in HR practitioner work but will also demonstrate a deep curiosity for our business and leverage that understanding to support the businesses' future strategy needs. Our teams run quick and lean as most startups do – therefore the successful candidate will be one that has worked within startup and/or scaling environments and is familiar with the pace.   You'll act as the primary People partner to our Chief Product Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, VP of Technical Support, and VP of Design, advising these leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and people-related decision-making. At the same time, you'll lead a small, distributed team of two Senior People Business Partners based in our Prague, Czechia and Hyderabad, India offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR partnership across time zones and cultures. This role sits at the intersection of strategic HR leadership and hands-on people management. You'll need to be equally comfortable advising a C-suite executive on succession planning as you are coaching your own direct reports through a complex employee relations issue. As our company continues to scale internationally, you'll play a key role in ensuring our People function operates as a true business partner, not just a support function, to the teams building and securing our product.  You will also closely partner with the other members of the People Team including the People Operations teams, Talent Acquisitions team and Compensation teams.
