Job Description 1.Conduct cold-calls to potential clients to identify qualified leads for the commercial teams2. Proactively source and qualify new leads to support the commercial team's pipelinegrowth and client acquisition efforts.3. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with data entry and updates in Salesforce tostreamline client onboarding and ensure timely account activation.4. Ensure a timely and accurate dispatch of contracts and account creation documentation.5. Execute and maintain sales processes with precision, adhering strictly to defined SOPs.6. Collaborate closely with the commercial, finance and operations teams including thebusiness unit head and managerto ensure alignment in SOP execution.

Job Requirements

Any experience in sales administration processes and terminology or any related field.
Any experience in customer service/ telesales/ telemarketing scope of work.
Familiarity with contract management and documentation/ record keeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google tools
