At Netlight, we believe that different perspectives make tech better. Tech Avenue is our program forwomen and gender diverse students within tech, created to build technical confidence, expand your network and give you a glimpse into life as an IT consultant.
Across three evenings at ourStockholm office, you’ll get to explore different areas within software development and data, work hands-on with real technical challenges, and meet people from across Netlight. Throughout the program, you’ll also be matched with your ownNetlight Career Coach to support you in reflecting on your strengths, development and next steps after graduation.
Tech Avenue 2026 is for students graduating in2027 who are curious about tech, consulting and where their career could take them.

IT's a legend, and IT is the moment.Deep dive in Data/Software through hands-on technical projects in dbt and APIs. #3 THE FUTURE – Wednesday 25th November:Spotted: The future generation of tech. Who are we looking for?
- Final year Master student withinIT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, graduating in2027.
- Women and gender diverse individuals who want to develop their technical skills and explore a future within tech.
- Available to attend all three on-site events in Stockholm:November 5th, 17th and 25th, 2026.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely interested inSoftware Development, Data and/or AI.
