Our Manufacturing team is at the heart of our operations, creating best-in-class products for our customers. Our facility keeps things moving across three shifts, 24 hours a day, five days a week. Throughout it all, the team shares a commitment to safety, quality and efficiencyâworking brilliantly together and collaborating across MOO to turn new ideas into products our customers love. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to steer our entire production operation. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring we not only meet but exceed our manufacturing targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery. We are hiring this position to strengthen our leadership as we scale our operations, launch new products, and implement cutting-edge processes to maintain our competitive edge.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support Supervisors and Team Leads across three shifts, helping every team perform at its best.
- Take a data and process-led approach to delivering our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale goals.
- Stay flexible and respond quickly to changing priorities, making smart day-to-day decisions that keep performance on track.
- Create short-and medium-term plans that support Manufacturingâs long-term goals.
- Build an engaged and motivated workforce through regular coaching, meaningful recognition and professional development.
- Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Product teams to solve challenges and deliver better results.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvementâstrengthening performance, reducing waste and making our ways of working simpler and more consistent.
- Lead standardization projects that improve efficiency and create lasting change.
- Manage staffing, resources and labor budgets effectively, balancing operational needs with cost efficiency.
- Champion a safety-first culture and help create an environment where everyone can do their best work safely.
- Lead the smooth introduction of new products, processes and equipment into Manufacturing.
About You

- You bring proven LEAN experience and a continuous-improvement mindset, with a track record of improving processes, reducing waste and strengthening KPIs.
- Youâre comfortable solving problems in high-mix, high-volume production environments. Decision Making:

- Youâre confident balancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale when making decisions.

- You bring experience managing online print, finishing workflows or similar manufacturing operations.
