Associate VO Producer

Responsibilities

• Operating an in-house scheduling system to coordinate VO and Mocap bookings with a large cast and crew across multiple internal recording studios.
• Penciling and confirming sessions, preparing scripts, raising purchase orders, reviewing invoices, organising contracts with the legal department.
• Build and develop positive external relationships with talent agencies and freelance suppliers.
• Collaborate with the casting team, prepare audition materials, collate feedback, maintain casting database, offer contracting and actor onboarding. 
• Reviewing scripts and coordinating session prep materials for directors and studio crew. 
• Learn the technical VO pipeline to understand the flow of recording assets and assist in troubleshooting any post-session issues. 

Requirements

• Production experience in a VO, mocap, film / TV or post-production environment.
• Experience with scheduling and project management software and the ability to quickly identify capacity problems and propose scheduling solutions.
• The role will have a lot of external communication so excellent written and spoken skills are required. 
• Confident working in spreadsheets and enthusiasm to learn new software and production tools 
• Strong organizational skills and able to handle documentation as needed.

Nice to haves

• Video / audio editing (e.g for preparing casting clips or video reference materials)
• Experience in casting and actor contracting
• Experience in asset management and post-production pipelines
• Experience working with budgets and cost tracking
