We are seeking an experienced Senior Network and Security Analyst/Lead to deploy, optimize, and maintain robust cybersecurity solutions and network infrastructure across our enterprise environment. In this role, you will lead vulnerability management operations, strengthen defense and incident response capabilities, and ensure network security systems are optimized to mitigate risks.
What you will do:
- Infrastructure & Security Support: Perform security and network infrastructure deployment, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting across enterprise environments.
- Cybersecurity Optimization: Implement and optimize enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including SIEM, EDR, DLP, CVM, PAM, and IAM.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability management operations and schedule regular scans for systems, network infrastructure, applications, and endpoints.
- Defense & Incident Response: Strengthen cybersecurity defenses, incident response readiness, and recovery procedures.
- Risk Analysis & Reporting: Perform security and risk analyses, prepare incident reports for critical events, and present findings to management.
- Hardening Initiatives: Support security hardening initiatives, security alert configurations, and other technical implementations.
- Vulnerability & Bug Bounty Management:Maintain and manage our Security Response Center (SRC) operations, specifically partnering with the bug bounty program.
- Cloud Security:Oversee and manage cloud security posture and compliance
- Authentication & Bot Management:Manage and optimize security controls for user and driver authentication, specifically utilizing captcha, comprehensive Bot Management strategies, and threat intelligence platform.
What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on network and cybersecurity experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Technical expertise in NGFW, WAF, IPS/IDS, NAC, EDR, anti-virus, and system/network hardening.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM & incident handling (e.g., Elasticsearch).
- Good knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Strong understanding of network security principles including firewalls, SASE, IPS, encryption, and Anti-DDoS platforms such as Cloudflare and Akamai.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, adaptability under pressure, and strong communication skills. Fluency in English; Chinese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, ITIL, CCSA, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
