Driver Operations Associate - Sticker Installation

What You'll Do:

Brand Presence Optimization
• Monitor Hubs sticker and bag visibility and production
• Monitor branding quality and consistency through retention effort.
• Ensure all sticker activity requirements are complete before stickering; completeness of requirements for Provisional Authority (PA) permit, identification, and photo submission for quality check.
• Provides positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
• Accomplish any other tasks or Ad hoc tasks immediate supervisor may assign.
 Inventory Management
• Ensure accuracy of sticker inventory and bag inventory of Managed City.
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to support campaign needs and market requirements.
 Performance & Reporting
• Track City KPIs includes sticker installation contract start rate, driver participation, and customer brand recall.
• Analyze data to inform campaign iterations and long-term strategy.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership.

 

What We Seek:

• Hands-on mindset and willingness to go on-ground supervision when the need arises.

• Good communication skills.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor/Associate degree or Technical/Vocational course

• Experience in fleet or reward payment processing is a strong advantage.
