Sales Consultant (car rental)

What you’ll do

• 1. Lead Development & Customer Communication1.1 Proactively follow up incoming social media leads and reach out to customers via cold calls and messages.1.2 Conduct product introduction, answer customer inquiries about electric two-wheelers sales and pickup truck rental solutions.
     1.3 Accurately capture customer demands, budget and usage scenarios, provide tailored vehicle rental and sales proposals.1.4 Maintain high-quality daily communication with potential customers to improve lead conversion rate.
  2. Product Sales & Order Closing
     2.1 Track order progress, follow up payment collection, ensure smooth order closure.
  3. Vehicle Delivery & Handover Management
     3.1 Arrange vehicle inspection, pre-delivery preparation before handover.
     3.2Complete formal vehicle delivery procedures, including document checking, vehicle function demonstration, usage guidance and signing handover forms.
  4. Key Account Development & Maintenance4.1 Develop local corporate clients, fleet users, logistics merchants and institutional customers for vehicle sales and long-term rental cooperation.4.2 Establish stable long-term cooperative relationships with key clients, conduct regular return visits, tap repurchase and renewal rental demands.
     4.3 Collect corporate customer feedback, assist in optimizing business cooperation solutions.
  5. Daily Sales Operation & Data Management
     5.1Complete daily sales report, lead follow-up record, customer file sorting and performance data statistics.|
     5.2Assist in formulating personalized sales promotion plans according to market changes and customer characteristics.
  6. After-sales Follow-up & Customer Retention
     6.1 Conduct post-delivery customer return visits, solve customer’s daily usage problems and basic after-sales consultation.
     6.2 Timely feedback customer complaints, vehicle quality problems and service optimization suggestions to the internal team.
  7. Brand Promotion & Business Support
     |7.1 Cooperate with the team to complete online/offline promotion activities, exhibition reception and business expansion tasks as required.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Hold a valid drivers license and can drive a manual car
• Basic knowledge of cars, experience in used car inspection is a plus
• Previous experience in car rental and sales
• Able to work effectively in a team, and comfortable liaising with people across all levels
• Language requirement: English and Chinese is a plus
