The opportunity:
- Our Business Enablement team play an important part in our firmâs success. We help our people to work in a way thatâs smarter and more sustainable. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering operational activities and supporting the implementation of strategic priorities to support business outcomes for our Audit division.
Day to day you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of the Audit division.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Organise and manage diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Play an active role in event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Preparation of documents, presentations, and supporting materials for our teams.
- Work closely with the broader Business Support function to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
What you will bring to our team:
- At least 1 year previous experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
- An ability to leverage experience to solve problems and make decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle 'curve balls' with ease. Â Please note this is a hybrid position, however during the initial onboarding and training period, an in-person presence is required. Following this, team members are able to transition to our hybrid working approach.
