Job Summary Filevine is currently hiring for a Product Implementations Consultant for the Product Implementations Department. This department at Filevine is vital in the retention and growth of firms using our software. Individuals who join our team will be a part of an exciting environment with plenty of opportunities for growth within the company.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Filevine family of products
  • Train customers to use and customize various aspects of the Filevine family of products
  • Manage the implementation process across a variety of customer accounts
  • Learn about and understand how to marry data from other softwares to Filevine effectively
  • Work with cross-functional teams and partners to identify opportunities for better learning within our customer base, and provide training and content necessary to increase customer adoption
  • Assist in the creation of portable content regarding those approaches and configurations which mature into best practices (articles, videos, example builds) and present to cross-functional teams and partners
  • Create and adjust ongoing content to Filevine University given changes in best practice and features
  • Support other expert teams and expert roles as needed
  • Occasional travel, as necessary

What You'll Need:

  • In office position
  • Paralegal or legal assistance experience preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Assertive communicator that can provide recommendations and instill confidence
  • Exceptional curiosity and creative thinking abilities to solution the root cause of a customer’s priorities
  • Quick learner of new technologies, self-motivated
  • Driver of change for more impactful solutions and customer outcomes at a fast-growing company
  • Ability to lead critical conversations
  • Ability to independently manage competing customer priorities and initiatives with limited structure

    In addition to the qualifications listed above, we expect that our team members have the following:

  • Proven ability to maintain focus, productivity, and composure in high-stress, fast-paced in-person environments.
  • Must be able to work in office 5 days a week in our Sugarhouse, UT location
  • Highly adaptable to working in open-office layouts while staying focused and respectful of colleagues.
  • Skilled at handling high-priority Zoom calls with upset customers on short notice, using empathy and composure to resolve complex issues.
Current compensation range is$70,000 - $80,000/year
Work Location Expectation:This position is based out of ourSan Francisco, Chicago, Salt Lake City or New Yorkoffices.
