Responsibilities
- Engineer modern workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile and VDI platforms, focusing on performance, reliability and usability.
- Design, build, and scale the modern workplace platforms, automating tasks and applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
- Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor device health and employee experience and automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless digital workplace platforms and participate in incident response and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
- Background in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with programming languages (Powershell, Python, or similar) and exposure to DevOps/SRE concepts.
- Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g. MDM, MECM) and Identity & Access Management (e.g. SSO, MFA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow, NexThink, or endpoint analytics.
- Internship or project experience with endpoint or service desk management.
- Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.
