Legal Counsel

• Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements) 

• Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution 

• Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes 

• Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks 

• Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics) 

• Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification) 

• 0–2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused) 
• Graduate from a top-tier law school 
• Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles 
• Strong structured thinking and communication clarity 
• Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
• A qualified lawyer
• Willingness to work out of office
• US Citizen/GC holder

• Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams 
• Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments 
• Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work 

• Prioritizes speed, clarity, and outcomes over perfection 
• Translates legal language into business decisions 
• Demonstrates ownership early in career 
• Has contributed to templates, automation, or process improvements 

• Not litigation-focused 
• Not purely advisory or academic 
• Not a back-office function removed from the business 

• Exposure to global contracts and leadership stakeholders
