Job requirements
- Experience Range: 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologiesKey Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, focusing on Case Management, Digital Engagement, Field Service, and Self Service modules to drive operational excellence
- Lead the implementation of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, and Platform Events to enhance business processes and user experience, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce DX to enable seamless data exchange and process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Portal UI/UX, ensuring intuitive interfaces and improved user satisfaction scores
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments, maintaining system reliability and performance metrics
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment within Salesforce ecosystems
- Monitor and analyze platform performance, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve scalability, security, and maintainability Required Skills:
