We are looking for ahigh-performing Accountant with strong technical accounting fundamentals and afinance transformation mindset. Beyond core accounting and reporting, you will help transform Finance throughAI, automation, data and technology, improving efficiency, controls, scalability and decision-making.

Experience inconsulting, finance transformation or technology-enabled finance, particularly within FinTech or digital assets, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Manage financial and management reporting, includingcash flow, tax, GST, budgeting and statutory reporting.
Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports.
Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisors.
Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes.
Leverage AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions.
Lead or support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives, challenging existing ways of working.
Translate complex accounting requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
8+ years' relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting or finance transformation.
Strong technical accounting, analytical and reconciliation skills.
Experience infinance transformation, automation or consulting is highly preferred.
Strong interest inAI, GenAI, automation, data and emerging finance technologies.
AdvancedMS Excel skills; ERP, BI, workflow automation or financial systems experience is a plus.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Able to work independently in afast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Highly detail-oriented, curious and willing to challenge the status quo.
