As a Staff Full Stack EngineerYou’ll be responsible for architecting, building and scaling the core features and capabilities of our Kubernetes-native Data product. You’ll also work closely with the frontend and product teams to create a reliable and scalable platform.  A day in the life of Staff Full Stack EngineerArchitect, design, and buildscalable distributed systems using Java. Leadsystem design and architecture decisions across services, APIs, and data layers.Build and optimizehigh-throughput, low-latency microservices.Design and implementevent-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.Develop and optimizedata processing pipelines leveraging Apache Spark (or similar technologies).Ensure system reliability through:-Fault tolerance, retries, circuit breakers-Observability (logging, metrics, tracing)Optimize performance across:-CPU, memory, I/O, and database queriesDrivecode quality, design reviews, and engineering best practicesMentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams You are a great fit for this role if you have 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong backend focusDeep expertise inJava and backend frameworks like Spring BootStrong experience in:-Distributed systems design-Microservices architecture-Concurrency and asynchronous processingHands-on experience with:-Apache Spark -PostgreSQL / MySQL-Caching systems like RedisExperience withcloud-native architectures on platforms like Amazon Web ServicesStrong understanding ofAPI design, scalability, and performance optimizationExperience in frontend technologies (JavaScript, React)Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills Bonus Points for - Experience in Kubernetes - Experience in Big Data Systems or Hadoop components.We care for our team·     Mentorship & Growth·     ESOPs·     Medical and Life Insurance·     Paid Maternity & Parental Leave·     Corporate Uber Program·     Learning & Development Support
