Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Functional QA Engineer with a strong background in mobile application testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile products through structured manual testing, agile collaboration, and issue tracking via Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual functional test cases for mobile applications (iOS & Android) based on product requirements and user stories.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and UX designers in an Agile environment to ensure feature quality and clarity.

• Create and maintain clear, well-structured test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

• Log, track, and manage bugs effectively using Jira, ensuring reproducibility and traceability.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.

• Perform regression testing, exploratory testing, and risk-based testing to ensure robust app performance.

• Review and give feedback on user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure testability.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Requirements :

• + 03 years of work experience in manual functional testing, specifically on mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

• Strong experience with Jira for test case management, bug tracking, and sprint collaboration.

• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX standards and best practices.

• Ability to identify edge cases and think from the end-user perspective.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• ISTQB certfication (is a plus)
