💵Compensation: 45 - 50k per year or 280 daily rate

📋 What You'll Architect

As aSenior Power BI Consultant, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combineBusiness Intelligence expertise,Power BI development,data modelling, andstakeholder engagement to deliver impactful analytics solutions. We're looking for professionals who think like architects and act like builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-endPower BI solutions, includingdata models, reports, dashboards, and visual analytics.

• SupportBI migration projects, including transitions betweenPower BI,Qlik,Tableau, and other reporting platforms.

• Gather business requirements and transform them into scalablereporting and analytics solutions.

• Create intuitive and visually compelling dashboards that support business decision-making.

• Collaborate withData Engineers,Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

• Implement and maintainsecurity models, governance standards, and role-based access controls.

• OptimisePower BI performance, usability, and adoption across business teams.

• Contribute to BI best practices, reporting standards, and analytics governance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant academic background inComputer Science,Data Analytics,Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• 6+ years of experience inBusiness Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting projects.

• Proven experience deliveringPower BI solutions in enterprise environments.

• Experience working in client-facing and consulting environments.

• Professional proficiency inEnglish andFrench..

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong experience withPower BI,DAX,Power Query, and advanced visualisation techniques.

• Experience withdata modelling, semantic models, and report optimisation.

• Experience withSQL and relational databases.

• Experience withETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts.

• Understanding ofdata warehousing principles and reporting architectures.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

• Experience with dashboard design, KPI frameworks, and self-service reporting solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.s.

Nice to Have

• Experience withQlik,Tableau, or other Business Intelligence platforms.

• Experience supportingBI migration projects.

• Microsoft certifications such asPower BI Data Analyst Associate or related certifications.

• Knowledge ofAzure Data Platform services.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
