📋What You'll Architect

As anAI & Data Solutions Architect, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combiningdata, AI, cloud technologies, and human decision-making.

This role is bothtechnical and consultative — ideal for someone who combineshands-on engineering expertise, solution architecture, and client advisory capabilities. You will work at the intersection of innovation and execution, helping organisations design and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliverend-to-end AI and data solutions, from concept and architecture through to production deployment.

• Develop scalable applications encompassingdata ingestion, processing, orchestration, APIs, user interfaces, and AI capabilities.

• Leverage modern AI technologies includingLarge Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and cloud-native data platforms.

• Define solution architectures that combineAI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Security, and Software Engineering best practices.

• Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and architectural patterns that can be leveraged across client engagements.

• Work closely withclients, delivery teams, technology leaders, and the CTO to transform ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions that create measurable business value.

• Present solution designs and architectural decisions to bothtechnical and executive audiences.

• Support pre-sales activities, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution-shaping engagements.

• Stay current with emerging AI and data technologies, evaluating opportunities to create additional value for clients and Keyrus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience.

• 10+ years of experience inSoftware Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, Solution Architecture, or related disciplines.

• Proven track record deliveringproduction-grade technology solutions at enterprise scale.

• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience defining and leading solution architectures from concept to implementation.

• Previous experience in the FIS Sector (Banking, Finance or Insurance)

• Professional proficiency inEnglish.

Technical & Professional Skills

• AdvancedPython development skills.

• Strong understanding ofapplication architecture, system design, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices.

• Experience working with moderncloud platforms such asAWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Hands-on experience with moderndata platforms, including technologies such asDatabricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.

• Experience designing and implementingGenerative AI solutions, includingLLMs, AI agents, and RAG architectures.

• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks such asLangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent.

• Experience building and integratingAPIs, data pipelines, and scalable cloud-native applications.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to balance technical excellence with practical business outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience inconsulting or technology advisory environments

• Bottom of the range
