Software Engineer

About you

You’re a Software Engineer who loves to grow and is excited about what AI brings to the engineering role. You thrive on high-ambiguity, high-impact problems. You have the technical grit, ability to get things done and you want to build great products.

You’re comfortable being accountable and owning our production system, you care about the quality, long-term maintainability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security of the software you and your agents deliver.

Qualification

• 3-6+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent track record of impact)

• Track record delivering 1+ month initiatives with product and technical impact

• Experience with distributed systems design and development in similar professional environments (fast growth start-ups, SaaS/logitics/e-commerce/payment domains)

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, product, and other teams

Requirements

• Deep understanding ofsystem design, scalability, and reliability trade-offs

• Hands-on experience withcloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modernCI/CD,IaaC (Terraform, k8s, gh actions)

• Fundamentals inLinux/Unix systems and networking

• Fluency working withAI in engineering and in a software development lifecycle that harnessesAI

• Full-stack engineering skills is a plus (a good taste in building products that customers love)

Responsibilities

• Be part of our core engineering team withcompany-wide, high-leverage initiatives impact

• Navigate throughhigh-ambiguity, mission-critical projects and define execution paths that balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability

• Great written skills - reviewing and writingarchitecture reviews, RFCs, and design documents is our daily work!

• Bring in unique perspective, voice and maintainhigh engineering bar

• Colaborate daily with product, consumer teams, readiness to represent our technology to the clients
