About the Role

Ready to drive the future of urban mobility? As part of our rapidly expandingCarsharing activity, Free2move is looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team in Paris.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel & DPO, you will act as a key legal partner for our Carsharing business, focusing on commercial, marketing, and intellectual property matters. We are looking for an energetic legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver clear, pragmatic, and business-friendly advice.

What You Will Do :

• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of B2C and B2B commercial agreements, including car-sharing terms and conditions, terms of use, payment solutions, and partnership agreements.

• Marketing Support: Act as the legal backbone for our marketing operations, ensuring compliance with consumer protection and advertising rules for promotions, competitions, and consumer-facing communications.

• Intellectual Property: Manage and assist on IP matters critical to our Carsharing brand, with a strong focus on trademark filing, monitoring, protection, and licensing.

• Public Affairs Partner: Collaborate with the Public Affairs team to negotiate and manage licenses, operating permits, and agreements with cities and public authorities (including public domain occupation and low-emission zone matters).

• Risk Management & Strategy: Mitigate financial and contractual risks while advising business teams on mobility regulations.

• Process Improvement: Help update legal templates, streamline contracting processes, and provide valuable legal training to the business and marketing teams.

What You Bring :

• Education: Master of Laws (Master 2 / LL.M or equivalent) in Business Law, Commercial Law, IP/Marketing Law, or Digital Law.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in an in-house legal department or law firm, with excellent exposure to commercial and contract law.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of B2C/B2B contract law, consumer/advertising law, and IP/trademarks.

• Languages: Total fluency in both written and spoken English and French is required to succeed in this international environment. (German is a fantastic bonus!).

• Soft Skills: You have a hands-on, proactive approach, high attention to detail, and the unique ability to translate complex legal jargon into straightforward, actionable advice.

• Bonus : A strong interest or previous experience in the automotive, mobility, or digital sectors, familiarity with legal-tech tools, and a valid driving license.

Package :

• Annual gross salary package depending of your experience: +/- 55/65K€
