About the Role :

Are you a pragmatic, business-oriented legal expert looking to drive impact in a fast-paced mobility and technology environment? Free2move is seeking a highly autonomousLegal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support for our growingVAAS (Vehicle As A Service) activities.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a key legal partner to our Business, Finance, Procurement, and Product teams. If you excel at turning complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice and thrive in an international setting, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do :

• Commercial & Procurement: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of B2B customer contracts, Terms & Conditions, and material supplier agreements (including complex IT contracts).

• Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary legal partner to the business and Procurement teams, identifying risks and providing pragmatic, solution-oriented recommendations.

• Litigation & Risk Management: Manage litigation, pre-litigation, and collection matters, coordinating with external counsel and defining strategies to mitigate financial and business risks.

• Data Protection & Tech: Advise on privacy matters, review Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and provide legal support on digital, technology, and AI-related initiatives.

• Corporate Governance: Manage corporate matters for our French entity (including shareholders' meetings) and coordinate international governance with external counsel.

• Legal Operations: Continuously improve legal templates and processes, and help grow the Legal function by eventually mentoring junior resources and interns.

What You will bring :

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Law or an equivalent legal qualification.

• Experience:7+ yearsof relevant in-house legal experience with international exposure.

• Expertise: A strong generalist background covering commercial/contract law, corporate law, litigation, and data protection.

• Languages: Fluent in both written and spokenEnglish and French. (German is a strong plus!).

• Mindset: You are autonomous, accountable, and hands-on. You possess strong business judgment and the ability to distinguish material risks from low-priority issues.

• Bonus Points: Experience in the international tech, automotive, mobility, or digital sectors. A CIPP/E certification is also highly appreciated.

• Annual gross salary package depending of your experience: +/- 80-95K€
