JOBSUMMARY:

ResponsiblefortheoversightanddailyoperationoftheBank'spaymentsystems,includingACH,wiretransfers,digitalpayments,real-timepaymentsolutions,andothermoneymovementservices.  Ensurefundsmoveefficiently,accurately,andsecurelywhilemaintainingcompliancewithapplicableregulations,networkrules,andinternalpolicies.

Activelyparticipatesinpaymentoperationswhileoverseeingriskmanagement,processimprovement,vendorrelationships,andsystemenhancements.PartnerwithTreasuryManagement,RetailBanking,InformationTechnology,Compliance,andDataOperationsteamstoimproveefficiencies,enhancepaymentcapabilities,andsupporttheBank'sgrowthobjectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:

1. ManagethedailyoperationsofACH,wiretransfer,digitalpayment,andrelatedpaymentservices.
2. Activelyparticipateinpaymentprocessing,exceptionresolution,customerescalations,andoperationalsupport.
3. Provideguidance,training,andsupporttoPaymentOperationsstaff.
4. Monitorservicelevels,operationalperformance,paymentvolumes,andkeyriskindicators.
5. Maintainpaymentprocedures,controls,andbusinesscontinuityplans.
6. EnsurecompliancewithNACHArules,wireregulations,OFACrequirements,BSA/AMLexpectations,andBankpolicies.
7. Participateinmonitoringofpaymentactivityforfraudtrends,unusualtransactions,andoperationalrisk.
8. Leadresolutionofcomplexpaymentissues,audits,examinations,andriskassessments.
9. Identifyandimplementprocessimprovements,automationopportunities,andworkflowenhancements.
10. Managepayment-relatedsystemupgrades,softwareimplementations,andvendorrelationships.
11. CollaboratewithTreasuryManagementandbusinesslinestosupportcustomerpaymentneedsandproductgrowth.
12. Researchemergingpaymenttechnologiesandrecommendenhancementsthatimproveefficiency,scalability,andcustomerexperience.
13. Preparemanagementreportsregardingpaymentactivity,risktrends,operationalperformance,andstrategicinitiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

MinimumQualifications:

1. Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,Accounting,InformationSystems,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
2. Minimumfiveyearsofbankingorfinancialservicesexperienceinpaymentoperations,treasurymanagement,electronicpayments,ACH,wiretransfer,ordepositoperations.
3. Supervisoryorteamleadexperiencepreferred.
4. StrongknowledgeofACHprocessing,wireoperations,digitalpaymentsolutions,andpaymentriskmanagement.
5. ThoroughunderstandingofNACHArules,RegulationE,OFACrequirements,andBSA/AMLcompliance.
6. Demonstratedexperiencewithprocessimprovement,systemenhancements,andprojectimplementation.
7. Stronganalytical,organizational,problem-solving,andcommunicationskills.
8. ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeandbanking/paymentprocessingsystems.
9. AccreditedACHProfessional(AAP)certificationpreferred.CandidatesnotcurrentlyholdingthedesignationmustobtainAAPcertificationwithineighteen(18)monthsofassumingtherole.
10. Abilitytomaintainconfidentialityandexercisesoundjudgmentregardingsensitiveoperationalinformation.

PhysicalRequirements:

LightWork-exertingupto20poundsofforceoccasionally,and/upto10poundsofforcefrequently,and/oranegligibleamountofforceconstantlytomoveobjects.Reaching,fingering,grasping,repetitivemotions,stooping,crouching,standing,walking,lifting,climbing,kneeling,talking,hearing,pulling,pushing,thinking,concentratingandinteractingwithothers.
