What You'll Do
As Engineering Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Test Engineering professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee test strategy, validation activities, and troubleshooting processes for new and existing products.
- Ensure effective planning and utilization of engineering resources, schedules, equipment, and testing capacity.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
- Support short-term planning, budgeting, and departmental priorities.
- Interpret and apply company policies and engineering standards to achieve business goals.
- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, processes, and overall team performance.

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5-8+ years of engineering experience, including experience leading and managing technical professionals.
- Strong background in test engineering, product validation, systems testing, or related engineering functions.
- Proven ability to lead independent professionals and build high-performing teams.
- Experience with resource planning, workload prioritization, and project execution.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with day-to-day operational management.
Preferred
- Experience working in a multinational or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of automated testing, test systems, diagnostics, or product development processes.
- Experience supporting budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
