At a senior level, this role brings extensive experience and deepexpertise in a specific function or area of specialty. The individual is expected to work cross-functionally to resolve complex challenges,anticipate system-wide issues, and develop strategic, long-term solutions. They translate technical concepts and their implications for non-technical audiences and constructively address feedback or objections. Strong influencing and persuasive skills are developed and applied to gain buy-in for complex recommendations.Â
The role provides technical leadership to large groups or complex, cross-functional project teams. In addition to managing their own workload, the individual supports team planning efforts to ensure deadlines and goals are met. Theyare responsible for planning,allocating, and managing resources for large-scale projects, developing specifications based on broad input, and leading teams to deliver results aligned with organizationalobjectives.Â
